Pūblico combines bold Mexican flavours with fresh Aegean seafood — handmade tortillas, open flame cooking, house-made salsas — alongside one of Greece's finest collections of artisanal mezcal and premium tequila. Founded by Edgaras Gaidamavicius (ex-Zuma London) and Antonina Krokhina. Head Chef: Martin Barrera (Baja California, Mexico; formerly Carbone Doha).
