Our menu is built around bold flavours, fresh Aegean produce, and the kind of Mexican brunch food you won't find anywhere else on the island.
Led by Head Chef Martin Barrera — from Baja California, Mexico, formerly of Carbone Doha — every dish is made with the same care and craft that defines Pūblico's evening menu. Handmade tortillas, slow-cooked meats, vibrant salsas, and fresh-pressed juices. This is brunch done properly.
